Fallen But Not Forgotten
This sign was designed by Jack Beale Smith to honor the 17 soldiers who died at the Battle of the Washita. The sign is being placed near where the soldiers were buried in 1868. The location is near Cheyenne, Oklahoma at the Custer Bend Snakey Bend Cemetery
